Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

If you are eligible for a weather-related reschedule, send an email to info@chicagoyachting.com to discuss reschedule options. Coordinate the rescheduled date with your captain. If your captain is unavailable we can provide you a new list of captains.

Once the new date and time is confirmed, it can no longer be adjusted.

Cancellations made 14+ days in advance will be refunded less a 25% booking fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance except for weather.

In the case of rescheduling or cancellation, reimbursement of deposits or payments previously made to the captain are at the discretion of the captain.
